Mo Dutterer, President, Silhouette Stages

Mo Dutterer has been involved in Howard County Performing Arts since 1973.
Having taught music and theater at Dunloggin Middle for 4 years and then theater
at Centennial High School for 25 years, Mo was also the founding director of
Howard County Summer Theater in 1975, and Silhouette Stages in 2003.
Mo continues to act and direct here in Howard County and has a private voice
studio as well as†conducting public speaking workshops for individual clients
and corporations.

Debbie Mobley has been involved with many theater groups in and around the DC Metro area.† She has
studied theater, performed on stage, played roles backstage, been part of the production team,
served on the Boards and committees, and applauded from the sidelines. †There is nothing like a live
performance and the sheer joy that comes with discovering new talent, building new relationships,
and teaming to create a unique work of art each time the curtain rises.† Debbie considers it an honor
to be part of Silhouette Stages and to share the theater experience with others.

Lisa has been a Howard County attorney for over 20 years. †Lisa is a founding member
of Silhouette Stages and has worked with Mo Dutterer since 1975. †She has been in
many Silhouette Stages shows including Chaperone in The Drowsy Chaperone, Sweet
Sue in Sugar, Lucy in You're a Good Man Charlie Brown and Vienna in Johnny Guitar.


Conni Ross, Treasurer, Silhouette Stages

An original member of Shadowblock Productions when it was organized in 2002, Conni
is a native Hoosier. A graduate of Indiana University where she studied voice and theatre,
she has performed in over 100 shows on the west coast, in the midwest and the
Baltimore-DC area.† As a director for Silhouette Stages, Conniís recent productions include
Forum, Drowsy Chaperone and Chicago.††Conni is a management consultant with clients
throughout the United States and Europe.
